1. Artwork Guidelines

By purchasing a pixel block, you agree that your artwork must adhere to community guidelines. We strictly prohibit the following content:

• Explicit, inflammatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Copyrighted material to which you do not own the rights.
• Malicious or harmful depictions.
• Content that promotes illegal activities.

2. Moderation Process

All submitted artworks are subject to admin review. Your image will be visible privately to you immediately upon purchase, but will only be displayed on the public canvas once approved by our moderation team.

If your artwork is rejected, you will receive a notification. The pixel block remains yours, but non-compliant imagery will not be displayed until a compliant version is uploaded.

3. Payments and Refunds

All sales of pixel blocks are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions and digital property, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Please ensure your artwork follows our guidelines before committing to a purchase.

4. Ownership

Once purchased, you own the right to display an image on the specific pixel block area you acquired. You retain the copyright to your original artwork, but grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to display it as part of The Simulation canvas.
